Score with Coca-Cola — Terms & Conditions (Antigua)

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ACCEPT THESE RULES.

1. Organizer & Sponsor: The promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by KOSCAB Antigua Limited (“Organizer”), authorized Bottler in Antigua by The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), owner of the Coca-Cola Products and official trademarks commercialized in Antigua. This Promotion is valid only in Antigua and subject to local law.
2. Promotion Period: Starts 23rd January 2026, 00:01 AM and closes 31st July 2026, 11:59 PM, local time (AST – Atlantic Standard Time). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility: Open solely to legal residents of Antigua. Non-residents temporarily in Antigua are excluded. Must be 13 years or older at entry date. Proof of age and identity must be government-issued ID. Employees, representatives, or agents of Organizer, Sponsor, their affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family or household are not eligible. Organizer reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age, and parental/guardian consent. All entries must be made in the entrant’s own name.
4. How to Enter: Enter via the QR code on promotional material for the SCORE WITH COCA-COLA Promotion OR enter directly via WhatsApp and follow the steps of entry: Antigua: 1-268-776-2653. Review and accept these Terms and Conditions, then enter your Unique Code under the cap of any 591mL bottle with football labels. Once the code is entered, the participant will be notified via WhatsApp whether they won a prize, and redemption/collection details will be shared.
5. Proof of Purchase & Verification Requirements: Entrants must retain the original promotional bottle cap containing the unique code used for entry until the promotion ends and prizes have been claimed, as it will be required for verification. The Organizer may request: (a) the original bottle cap with matching code; and (b) valid government-issued photo identification (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) confirming full name, age, and residency in Antigua. Failure to provide proof in the format requested within the time specified will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
6. Eligible Products: Entries are valid only from purchases of official TCCC products marketed and distributed in Antigua by the Organizer, carrying the promotional “Score with Coca-Cola” football-themed label and unique cap code. Codes from products obtained through transshipment, parallel imports, or any non-authorized source are not eligible and will be rejected. The Organizer’s determination of product eligibility is final.
7. Entry Limits, Tampering & Technical Issues: Entrants may submit multiple different valid codes, but each code may only be used once. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undelivered entries; mechanical, human, electronic errors; mobile network/internet issues; or loss/corruption of data. Any attempt to manipulate, tamper, interfere with the entry process, or commit fraud will result in immediate disqualification and potential referral to authorities.
8. Prize Details — Instant Prizes: Coca-Cola and FIFA branded merchandise (such as cups, footballs, keyrings, and similar items) awarded upon valid entry, as allocated by the Organizer. Odds of winning depend on the number of instant prizes available and the rate of successful valid code submissions. Instant prize winners receive direct confirmation via WhatsApp.
9. Grand Prize: One (1) trip for two people (winner and one guest) to the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the USA, including (as a guide):
   Two round-trip economy air tickets to/from Atlanta Double-occupancy hotel (approx. 3 nights) Two tickets to a selected World Cup match Ground transportation USD $150 per diem (winner only)
   Final prize details (including flight arrangements and match date) are subject to confirmation upon the determination of the winner and successful scheduling of arrangements.
10. No Cash Alternative / Transfer / Substitution: No cash alternative, transfer, substitution, resale, or exchange is permitted. If the winner or guest is unable or unwilling to travel, the prize is forfeited. All travel must be completed on dates specified by the Organizer; dates are fixed, non-negotiable, and subject to change.
11. Availability & Substitutions: All elements of the prize are subject to availability. Match fixtures, venues, and dates are set by FIFA and may change. If any component becomes unavailable, the Organizer may substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. No cash alternative, resale, transfer, or change of travel companion is permitted except as approved by the Organizer in writing. If the winner or guest cannot travel on the specified dates for any reason (including failure to secure necessary visas), the prize will be forfeited and may be offered to an alternate winner.
12. Grand Prize Special Obligations (US Visa & Travel Requirements): Winner and guest MUST each hold a valid US visa at time of draw and must prove this within five (5) business days of being notified. Failure to meet this requirement results in forfeiture and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner and guest are responsible for complying with all passport, health, and entry/exit requirements (including vaccinations/mandates), and for any costs not explicitly included (including taxes, spending money, gratuities).
13. Winner Selection, Notification & Publicity: Grand Prize winner is selected randomly on 22nd April 2026. Winners are notified via telephone, WhatsApp, and/or email. If a winner is under 18, they must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to reply within five (5) business days, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. Winner (and guest) may be required to participate in reasonable publicity (unpaid), including photos, interviews, and publication of name/likeness/city of residence where permitted by law. The Organizer is not liable for failure to contact a winner due to incorrect/outdated contact information.
14. Taxation and Costs: Prizes may be subject to Antigua taxes, duties, or levies. Any such liabilities are solely the responsibility of the winner(s).
15. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer and/or TCCC, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, bottling partners, agencies, and their respective directors/officers/employees/agents (“Released Parties”) are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation, prize acceptance/use/misuse, or acts/omissions of third parties involved in prize delivery/travel. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct). Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties for claims arising from breach of these terms, violation of law, or misuse of any prize. Prizes are provided “as is”, without warranties except as required by law.
16. Right to Modify, Cancel, Substitute: The Organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control, or if fraud/technical failures/other factors impair integrity. If any prize (or part) is unavailable, the Organizer may substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Any changes will be communicated on the Organizer’s website: www.koscabholidngs.com
17. Severability & Miscellaneous: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. These terms constitute the full agreement and the Organizer’s decisions on all matters are final. Provided in English; if translated, the English version prevails.
18. Data Protection & Privacy: Personal information (including name, contact details, proof of age/residency, and where applicable travel documentation) will be collected, stored, and processed strictly for administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, fulfilling/delivering prizes, and complying with legal/regulatory requirements. Data will be handled in accordance with Antigua law and not retained longer than necessary. Entrants may request access/rectification/deletion by contacting the Organizer. 19. Complaints, Queries & Jurisdiction: For questions or complaints, contact 1(268) 764-5600 Monday thru Fridays between 9AM – 3PM. These terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the respective KOSCAB markets. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of each governing island.
20. Force Majeure / Acts Beyond Control: The Organizer and/or TCCC is not responsible or liable to conduct the Promotion, deliver prizes, or meet obligations if performance is prevented/delayed/materially affected by causes beyond reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, severe weather, war, civil unrest, strikes/labor disputes, epidemics/pandemics/health emergencies, fire/flood/earthquake, power failures, governmental restrictions, regulatory changes, license/permit revocation, or suspension/modification/cancellation of official events (including any FIFA World Cup 2026 match). The Organizer may modify, postpone, or cancel the Promotion (in whole or part) and/or substitute prizes with one of equal or greater value without additional compensation/liability, with changes communicated via official channels.
21. Intellectual Property Notice – Promotional Name: “Score with Coca-Cola” is a distinctive promotional name used solely to identify and market this Promotion and confers no rights or ownership to participants. All trademarks, logos, and related designs remain the exclusive property of TCCC and/or its affiliates. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or dissemination is prohibited.
