Score with Coca-Cola — Terms & Conditions (Grenada)

1. Organizer & Sponsor: The promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Grenada Bottling Company Limited (“Organizer”), the authorized Bottler in Grenada by The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). This Promotion is valid only in Grenada and subject to local law.
2. Promotion Period: Starts January 23rd, 2026, 00:01 AM and closes July 31st, 2026, 11:59 PM (AST). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility: Open solely to legal residents of Grenada. Non-residents temporarily in Grenada are excluded. Entrants must be 13 years or older at the date of entry and present valid government-issued photo ID. Employees of the Organizer, Sponsor, affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
4. How to Enter: Purchase a 591mL Coca-Cola bottle with promotional football labels and locate the unique code under the cap. Enter via the QR code on promotional material or via WhatsApp at 1-473-403-8828. Accept the Terms and Conditions and submit your code. Participants will be notified via WhatsApp if they have won and will receive redemption instructions.
5. Proof of Purchase & Verification: Entrants must retain the original promotional bottle cap used for entry. The Organizer may request the cap with matching code and valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license). Failure to provide proof within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture.
6. Eligible Products: Only official Coca-Cola products distributed in Grenada by the Organizer and carrying the “Score with Coca-Cola” football-themed label and unique cap code are eligible. Codes obtained via transshipment or parallel imports are invalid.
7. Entry Limits & Tampering: Multiple entries are permitted using different valid codes; however, each code may only be used once. Any attempt to manipulate, tamper, or commit fraud will result in immediate disqualification.
8. Instant Prizes: Coca-Cola and FIFA branded merchandise (including cups, footballs, keyrings, and similar items) awarded upon valid entry. Winners are notified instantly via WhatsApp. Odds of winning depend on the number of prizes available.
9. Grand Prize: One (1) trip for two people (winner and one guest) to the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the USA, including:
   Round-trip economy airfare to/from Atlanta 3 nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy) 2 FIFA World Cup match tickets Ground transportation USD $150 per diem (winner only)
   Prize components are subject to availability, FIFA scheduling, and confirmation by the Organizer. No cash alternative, transfer, or resale permitted.
10. Travel & Visa Requirements: Winner and guest must each hold a valid US visa at the time of the draw and provide proof within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
11. Winner Selection & Notification: The Grand Prize winner will be selected randomly on April 22nd, 2026. Winners will be contacted via telephone, WhatsApp, and/or email. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, the prize will be forfeited. Winners under 18 must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian.
12. Publicity & Liability: Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional publicity without compensation. The Organizer and Released Parties are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.
13. Taxes: Any applicable taxes, duties, or levies are the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. Data Protection: Personal information is collected and processed solely for the administration of the Promotion, verification, prize fulfillment, and legal compliance, in accordance with the laws of Grenada and the Coca-Cola Caribbean Privacy Policy.
15. Modifications & Force Majeure: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure events. Updates will be communicated via www.koscabholidngs.com.
16. Jurisdiction & Contact: For queries or complaints, contact 1-473-435-0222 (Monday – Friday, 9AM – 3PM). These Terms are governed by the laws of Grenada, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenada.
